A bantamweight bout has been added to UFC 165 in Toronto next month as Roland Delorme will meet Alex Caceres.
The fight booking was announced on Saturday night by UFC officials and the fight will take place on the preliminary card.
UFC 165 takes place on September 21st from the Air Canada Centre in Toronto and will be headlined by Jon Jones defending the UFC light heavyweight title against Alexander Gustafsson.
Delorme (9-1, 1NC) has gone 3-0, 1NC since returning the UFC via The Ultimate Fighter 14 in 2011. Two of his three victories have come by rear-naked choke submission and he most recently defeated Edwin Figueroa by unanimous decision at UFC 161 in June.
Caceres (8-5, 1NC) is also an alum of The Ultimate Fighter and has had seven fights in the UFC. Since dropping down to the bantamweight division, he has gone 3-1, 1NC including a submission of the night win against Damacio Page. In his last fight, he originally defeated Kyung Ho Kang at UFC on FUEL TV 8, but the fight was declared a no contest when he tested positive for marijuana in his post fight drug test.
