Hyun Gyu Lim won his seventh straight fight on Saturday night at UFC 164 as he defeated Pascal Krauss by TKO in the first round.
From the opening bell, Lim and Krauss stood toe to toe and took each others best punches. Both fighters landed big shots but it was a right hand from Lim that led to the end of the fight.
After Lim landed a right hand, Krauss had trouble standing on his feet and Lim would finish the fight with a knee followed by punches on the ground.
Lim (12-3-1) has now won both of his fights in the UFC by TKO/KO and six of his last seven wins have come by TKO/KO. Krauss (11-2) is now 3-2 in the UFC and this is the first time he has been defeated by stoppage.
