A welterweight bout has been added to UFC 167 on November 16th in Las Vegas as former title contender Josh Koscheck meets Tyron Woodley.
UFC officials announced the fight booking on Thursday and the bout will likely take place on the main card on pay-per-view.
Koscheck (17-7) has been in the UFC since 2005 and has lost his last two fights in the UFC. His most recent defeat came against Robbie Lawler at UFC 157 by TKO and it was the first time he had been defeated by stoppage since his 2009 bout against Paulo Thiago.
Woodley (11-2) made his UFC debut in February and scored a 36 second victory over Jay Hieron. Following the victory, the UFC booked him to face Jake Shields at UFC 161 and he lost the fight by split decision.
UFC 167 takes place on November 16th from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas and will be headlined by Georges St-Pierre defending the UFC welterweight title against Johny Hendricks.
