Matt Brown continued his winning streak on Saturday night as he wasted little time and defeated Mike Pyle in 29 seconds by knockout.
As the fight opened, Brown rushed forward and landed a right hand followed by a knee that dropped Pyle. He would land several punches on the ground before the referee would come in to stop the fight.
Brown (18-11) has won six fights in a row and his last four wins have come by TKO/KO. He is now tied with Johny Hendricks with the second longest active winning streak in the UFC welterweight division and should get a top ten opponent in his next fight.
The defeat for Pyle (25-9-1) snapped a four fight winning streak and this is his third straight defeat that he has suffered by TKO/KO.
