An injury has forced Anthony Johnson to pull out of his World Series of Fighting 5 main event bout against Mike Kyle and replacing Johnson in the bout will be Andrei Arlovski.
The WSOF confirmed the fight changed on the main card broadcast of WSOF 4 and the bout between Arlovski and Kyle will be a heavyweight bout.
WSOF 5 takes place on September 14th from Revel in Atlantic City and the main card broadcast will be shown live on the NBC Sports Network.
Arlovski (19-10, 1NC) has gone 4-1, 1NC in his last six fights since being released from Strikeforce and has gone 1-1 in WSOF. He is coming off a decision lost to Johnson in the main event of WSOF 3 and the defeat snapped a two fight win streak.
Kyle (21-8-1, 2NC) is a former UFC and Strikeforce veteran and recently defeated Travis Wiuff in the main event of CFA 11 in South Florida. During his career, 14 of his wins have come by TKO/KO and is 6-2, 1NC in his last nine fights.
