Bellator 101 Weigh-In Results: Warren (135.7), Kirk (135.7)

The Bellator 101 Weigh-Ins took place on Thursday afternoon in Portland and all of the tournament fights are now official. Bellator 101 #3

The weigh-ins took place in Downtown Portland and tomorrow night’s fight card will come from the Moda Center at the Rose Quarter.

Tomorrow night’s main card on Spike TV will be headlined by the second semifinal bout in the season nine bantamweight tournament as Joe Warren (135.7 lbs) meets Nick Kirk (135.7 lbs). The winner of the fight will advance to the final to meet Travis Marx at a future Bellator fight card.

Also on the main card will be the opening round bouts in the season nine lightweight tournament with the matchups tomorrow night being Marcus Davis (156 lbs) vs. Alexander Sarnavskiy (155.4 lbs), Ricardo Tirloni (155.5 lbs) vs. Rich Clementi (155.5 lbs), John Alessio (155.6 lbs) vs. Will Brooks (155.3 lbs), and Saad Awad (155.9 lbs) vs. Martin Stapleton (156 lbs).

The only fighter on the card that did not make initially make weight was Austin Stringer. He missed weight by .2 pounds on his first attempt and was given additional time from the Oregon State Athletic Commission to make weight. He would make weight on his second attempt at 134.8 pounds and his fight against Zach Skinner is now official.
