A pair of bouts have been added to December’s UFC 168 as Dustin Poirier will meet Diego Brando in a featherweight bout and Uriah Hall faces Chris Leben in a middleweight bout.
UFC officials announced the fight bookings on Thursday and both fights will likely be on the preliminary card on Fox Sports 1.
UFC 168 will come from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on December 28th and will be headlined by a rematch as Chris Weidman defends the UFC middleweight title against former champion Anderson Silva.
Poirier (14-3) has gone 2-2 in his last four fights and recently defeated Erik Koch by uannimous decision at UFC 164 last month. Brandao (18-8) won the Ultimate Fighter 14 and is currently on a three fight winning streak after being defeated by Darren Elkins.
Hall (7-4) has dropped back to back fights since entering the UFC through The Ultimate Fighter 17 and his last win came in 2012. Leben (22-10) has lost three straight fights in the UFC including a split decision lost to Andrew Craig at UFC 162.
