A women’s bantamweight bout has been added to UFC Fight Night 31: Fight for the Troops 3 as Liz Carmouche will meet Sarah Davis.
UFC officials confirmed the bout on Friday and the bout will be apart of the main card on Fox Sports 1.
UFC Fight Night 31: Fight for the Troops 3 will take place on November 6th from Fort Campbell, Kentucky and will be headlined by Lyoto Machida making his UFC middleweight debut against Tim Kennedy.
Carmouche (9-3) has won three of her last four fights and all three of those wins have come by stoppage. She most recently defeated Jessica Andrade at UFC on FOX 8 by TKO in the second round.
Davis (14-5) is currently on a three fight winning strak and has won six of her past seven fights. She made her UFC debut in June as she defeated Rosi Sexton by decision at UFC 161 in Winnipeg.
