A middleweight bout has been added to UFC Fight Night 33 in Australia as Nick Ring will meet Caio Magalhaes.
UFC officials recently announced the fight booking and it was not announced if the fight will be placed on the main or preliminary card.
UFC Fight Night 33 will take place from the Brisbane Entertainment Centre in on December 7th in Australia and will be headlined by Mark Hunt meeting Antonio Silva in a heavyweight bout. The event will air live in the United States on December 6th, due to the time difference between United States and Australia.
Ring (13-2) entered the UFC through The Ultimate Fighter 11 and won his first two fights in the organization. However, he has dropped two of his last three fights including a split decision lost to Chris Camozzi at UFC 158 earlier this year.
Magalhaes (6-1) signed with the UFC last year and lost his debut to Buddy Roberts at UFC on FX 3 by unanimous decision. He returned at UFC on FUEL TV 10 earlier this year and defeated Karlos Vemola by submission in the second round.
