An injury has forced Tom Watson to pull out of his middleweight bout against Alessio Sakara and replacing Watson in the bout will be Magnus Cedenblad.
UFC officials announced the change on Sunday and Watson tweeted that the injury will keep him out of training for eight to ten weeks.
UFC Fight Night 30 on October 26th will come from the Manchester Arena and will be headlined by Michael Bisping facing Mark Munoz in a five round middleweight bout.
Cedenblad (11-4) made his debut in the UFC last year and has gone 1-1 in the organization. After losing his debut, he defeated Jared Hamman by submission at UFC 164 and it was his third straight win by submission.
Sakara (19-10, 1NC) is currently on a three fight losing streak with the defeats coming against Chris Weidman, Brian Stann and Patrick Cote. His defeat to Cote came by disqualification after he landed multiple strikes to the back of Cote’s head.
