Following a controversial ending to their first meeting, Abel Trujillo and Roger Bowling will have their rematch at UFC on FOX 9 on December 14th in Sacramento. 
UFC officials announced the fight booking on Tuesday evening and the bout will be place on the preliminary card.
UFC on FOX 9 will come from the Sleep Train Arena in Sacramento, California on December 14th and will be headlined by Anthony Pettis defending the UFC lightweight title against Josh Thomson.
Trujillo and Bowling met earlier this year at UFC Fight Night 27 and the fight was declared a no contest after an apparent illegal knee thrown by Trujillo. However, the replay showed that the knee was legal and the fight should not have been stopped for an illegal strike.
