The second half of the ninth season of Bellator MMA will kick off on Friday night in Iowa with Bellator 104, and the fight card will be headlined by the welterweight tournament semifinals.
The fight card will come from the US Cellular Center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and tickets are still available at Ticketmaster.com, and at the U.S. Cellular Center Box Office.
The preliminary card will be streamed on Spike.com beginning at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT, and will feature season six welterweight tournament winner Karl Amoussou (16-5-2) meeting Paul Bradley (20-5).
The televised main card on Spike TV will start at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT with four fights, and be headlined by the welterweight tournament semifinals. In the first semifinal bout, Jon “War Machine” Koppenhaver (14-4) faces Ron Keslar (10-3), and Brent Weedman (22-8-1) meets Rick Hawn (16-2) in the other semifinal bout. The winners will advance to the tournament final and meet later this year.
Also, Ultimate Fighter winner Kendall Grove (18-13) makes his Bellator debut against Joe Vedepo (14-6) in a middleweight bout, and season five heavyweight tournament winner Eric Prindle (8-3) meets Peter Graham (8-5).
