The UFC Fight Night 39 bonuses went to Lyoto Machida, Nicholas Musoke, Luke Barnatt, and Andrew Craig with each fighter receiving a bonus of $50,000.
UFC President Dana White announced the bonuses at the post fight press conference.
Machida won the knockout of the night bonus for his first round head kick victory against Mark Munoz in the main event of UFC Fight Night 30. This is the fourth time in his UFC career that he has been awarded the knockout of the night bonus, and his five overall fight night bonus.
The submission of the night went to Musoke, who defeated Alessio Sakara in the first round by armbar submission. This was his UFC debut and he took the fight on short notice. While this was his fifth career submission, he had never submitted his opponent with an armbar before.
Barnatt and Craig were awarded the fight of the night bonus for their battle on the preliminary card. After hurting Craig in the opening round, Barnatt was able to finish the fight in the second round by submission. This is the first fight night bonus for both fighters and Barnatt remained undefeated with the victory.
