Bellator 107 TV Ratings Review: Viewership Hits 683k Viewers

Bellator 107 took place on Friday night at the WinStar World Casino in Thackerville, Oklahoma and Cheick Kongo defeated Peter Graham by unanimous decision to win the season nine heavyweight tournament.

According to Nielsen sources, Bellator 107’s preliminary viewership landed at 683k total viewers, including 0.328 million adults (18-49) w/ a 0.26 rating. The peak viewership for the card was 904k and that was during the main event between Kongo and Graham.

Comparatively, last weeks special Saturday show landed at 1.1 million viewers (live), and its last Friday night show landed at 526k viewers (live).

It should also be noted that the lead-in for the show was a 60-minute Bellator 106 special featuring a replay of Eddie Alvarez vs Michael Chandler II fight and Cops. Cops averaged about million viewers for its 7PM-8PM pre-Bellator lead-in.

When it came to the competition, Bellator’s biggest challenge for viewership and demographic numbers was WWE’s Smackdown (2.946 million viewers) up over 300,000 viewers from last week, SyFy’s Haven (1.722 million viewers), which was a season-high for the show and Discovery’s Gold Rush (3.139 million viewers), which won the night on all accounts.
