Jason High vs. Adlan Amagov among three fights added to UFC Fight Night 35

UFC Fight Night 35 will be taking place in January in Georgia and the UFC has added three more fights to the fight card, including a welterweight bout as Jason High meets Adlan Amagov.

The UFC announced the fight bookings on Sunday evening and the other two bouts they announced were Brian Houston vs. Trevor Smith and Justin Edwards vs. Ramsey Nijem.

UFC Fight Night 35 will take place from the Arena at Gwinnett Center in Duluth, Georgia on January 15th and will be headlined by a middleweight bout as Luke Rockhold meets Costa Philippou.

After dropping his UFC debut in June, High (18-4) has won back to back fights and most recently defeated Anthony Lapsley by unanimous decision at UFC 167. Amagov (13-2-1) is currently on a three fight winning streak and he is coming off a knockout victory at UFC 166 against T.J. Waldburger.

Houston (4-1) was signed by the UFC earlier this year and his UFC debut came earlier this month as he was defeated by Derek Brunson. After winning nine of his first ten fights, Smith (10-4) has dropped three of four including a fight of the night bonus against Ed Herman at UFC on FOX 8.

Edawards (8-3) is 2-3 in the UFC and is coming off a first round TKO defeat against Brandon Thatch at UFC Fight Night 27. Nijem (7-4) has lost back to back fights after being on a three fight winning streak in 2011 and 2012.
