Ryan LaFlare replaces Kelvin Gastelum at UFC on FOX 9 against Court McGee

Kelvin Gastelum pulled out of his UFC on FOX 9 bout against Court McGee with an injury and replacing him in the bout will be Ryan LaFlare.

UFC officials announced the new fight booking on Tuesday and the bout will be place on the preliminary card.

UFC on FOX 9 takes place from the Sleep Train Arena in Sacramento on December 14th and will be headlined by Demetrious Johnson defending the UFC flyweight title against Joseph Benavidez.

LaFlare (9-0) is coming off a decision victory at this past weekends UFC Fight Night 32 as he defeated Santiago Ponzinibbio. It was his second victory in the UFC and both of those wins have come by decision.

McGee (16-3) defeated Kris McCray in 2010 to win The Ultimate Fighter 11 as a middleweight and dropped down to the welterweight division at the beginning of the year. Since dropping down to the division, he has won back to back fights including a split decision victory over Robert Whittaker at UFC Fight Night 27.
