A flyweight bout has been added to UFC Fight Night 35 in Georgia as Alptekin Ozkilic will meet UFC newcomer Louis Smolka.
The fight booking was announced by the UFC on late Tuesday evening and the fight will be placed on the preliminary card.
UFC Fight Night 35 will take place from the Arena at Gwinnett Center in Duluth, Georgia on January 15th and will be headlined by a middleweight bout as Luke Rockhold meets Costa Philippou.
Ozkilic (9-1) made his UFC debut earlier this month and defeated Darren Uyenoyama by split decision at UFC on FOX 9. It was his fourth straight victory and his sixth career win to come by decision.
Smolka (6-0) turned professional last year and all of his wins have come by knockout or submission. Two of his last three wins have come by rear-naked choke submission and is most recent win came last month against Ale Cali at Pacific Xtreme Combat 41.
