UFC President Dana White announced last week that Ian McCall was out of his UFC Fight Night 37 bout against Brad Pickett and replacing McCall will be UFC newcomer Neil Seery.
UFC officials announced the new fight on Thursday and it will be one of the fights on the main card.
UFC Fight Night 37 takes place on March 8th from the O2 Arena in London and will be headlined by a light heavyweight bout as Alexander Gustafsson meets Jimi Manuwa.
Seery (13-9) is currently on a four fight winning streak and has been the Cage Warriors flyweight champion. During his recent winning streak, three of the four wins have come by stoppage with two of them being by submission.
Pickett (23-8) went 3-3 in the UFC bantamweight division and won a fight night bonus in five of those fights. He is coming off a submission defeat against Michael McDonald at UFC Fight Night 26 and the bout was awarded the fight of the night bonus.
