Bellator 112 Weigh-In Results: Daniel Straus makes weight on second attempt

The Bellator 112 Weigh-Ins took place today in Hammond, Indiana and the featherweight title fight between Daniel Straus and Pat Curran is now official after Straus needed additional time to make weight.  B112 WI

Today’s weigh-ins came from the Horseshoe Casino and the same venue will host tomorrow night’s fight card.

Straus initially weighed in at 145.5 pounds for his title fight against Curran (144.7 lbs) and in a title fight, there is no one pound allowance. He was given an additional two hours to make weight, which he was able to do at 145 pounds.

The card will also feature the opening round bouts of the season ten welterweight tournament and all of the fighters in the tournament were on weight.
