Tito Ortiz tweeted yesterday that he has been cleared to fight and following that news, Bellator middleweight champion Alexander Shlemenko challenged Ortiz to a fight at the inaugural Bellator pay-per-view on May 17th.
After Shlemenko’s manager posted the video, MMA manager Ken Pavia sent the video to Ortiz and he responded by tweeting that “great things come in three.”
I guess great things come in three. 1.I get full custody of my Boyz 2.I get cleared the fight 3.The Champ calls me out. 2day was a good day!

At this point, there is nothing official from Bellator on this fight. If Ortiz has been cleared by all of the doctors, it seems like it’s only a matter of time before this fight is officially announced by Bellator.
