A middleweight bout has been booked for UFC Fight Night in San Antonio on June 28th as Andy Enz will meet Marcelo Guimaraes.
UFC officials announced the fight booking on Tuesday and the bout will be placed on the preliminary card.
UFC Fight Night 44 will come from the AT&T Center and will be headlined by Cub Swanson meeting Jeremy Stephens in a scheduled five round featherweight bout.
Enz (7-1) initially entered the UFC through The Ultimate Fighter 17. He was defeated in the preliminary round and ended up making his official UFC debut in February, which he lost a decision to fellow TUF 17 contestant Clint Hester.
Guimaraes (8-1-1) is moving up to the middleweight division after going 1-1 in welterweight bouts in the UFC. His lone UFC victory came in his debut in 2012 when he defeated Dan Stittgen by split decision.
