Bellator 120 adds Kongo-Smith, Volkov-Ivanov, Pitbull-Held, and Richman-Yamauchi

The Bellator 120 preliminary card is now set as Bellator MMA Chairman and CEO Bjorn Rebney announced on Friday night during Bellator 117 the four fights that will air on Spike TV before the pay-per-view. Bellator 120

The televised prelims will see Mike Richman vs. Goiti Yamauchi in a featherweight bout, Patricky Pitbull vs. Marcin Held in lightweight tournament final, Alexander Volkov vs. Blagoi Ivanov in heavyweight final, and Cheick Kongo vs. Eric Smith in a heavyweight bout.

Bellator 120 will come from the Landers Center in Southaven, Mississippi and will be headlined by Eddie Alvarez defending the Bellator lightweight title against Michael Chandler.

“When I look at this card top to bottom, it just brings a smile to my face,” Bellator CEO Bjorn Rebney said. “We simply wanted to give our fans an incredibly entertaining night of fights top to bottom, and this card should absolutely deliver. From the start of our Spike TV show to our main event with Eddie and Michael, the card is loaded with great fights, and I can’t wait until May 17th.”
