Bobby Green has withdrawn from his UFC 172 lightweight bout against Jim Miller and replacing Green in the bout will be Yancy Medeiros.
UFC officials officially announced the change on Sunday morning and Medeiros original opponent for UFC 172, Joe Ellenberger will receive a new opponent.
UFC 172 will take place from the Baltimore Arena in six days and will be headlined by Jon Jones defending the UFC light heavyweight title against Glover Teixeira.
Medeiros (10-1) entered the UFC last year after winning two fights in Strikeforce as a middleweight.
