Jason High is dropping down to the lightweight division and he will face Rafael dos Anjos at UFC Fight Night 42 on June 7th in Albuquerque.
The fight booking was announced by the UFC on early Wednesday morning.
UFC Fight Night 42 will take place from the Tingley Coliseum on June 7th and will be headlined by a lightweight bout as former lightweight champion Benson Henderson faces Rustam Khabilov.
High (18-4) has won back to back fights and nine of his last ten. His last victory came in November at UFC 167 as he defeated Anthony Lapsley by unanimous decision.
Dos Anjos (20-7) had his five fight winning streak snapped earlier this month as he lost a decision to Khabib Nurmagomedov. It was his first defeat since 2011 and his last two defeats in the UFC have come by decision.
