Following the Bellator 120 main card broadcast on pay-per-view, the organization held the post fight press conference from the Landers Center in Southaven, Mississippi.
The press conference was attended by Bellator MMA Chairman and CEO Bjorn Rebney, Quinton Jackson, Muhammed Lawal, Michael Chandler, Will Brooks, Alexander Shlemenko, Tito Ortiz, Alexander Volkov, Blagoi Ivanov, Michael Page, and Ricky Rainey.
