A featherweight bout has been added to UFC on FOX 12 on July 26th in San Jose as Clay Guida will meet Dennis Bermudez. 
The fight booking was officially announced by UFC officials on Friday afternoon.
UFC on FOX 12 will come from the SAP Center in San Jose on July 26th and the main event for the card has not been announced at this time.
Guida (31-14) has won two of his three fights in the UFC featherweight division after dropping down from the lightweight division at the beginning of last year. His most recent appearance in the UFC came last month at UFC Fight Night 39 as he earned a decision victory over Tatsuya Kawajiri.
Bermudez (13-3) has won six fights in a row after losing The Ultimate Fighter 14 Finale against Diego Brandao. During his winning streak, four of the victories have come by decision and his last win came at UFC 171 in March as he defeated Jimy Hettes by TKO.
