A matchup between UFC newcomers has been added to the UFC Fight Night 43 card on June 28th in Auckland, New Zealand as Daniel Hooker will meet Ian Entwistle in a featherweight bout.
UFC officials announced the fight booking on late Tuesday evening.
UFC Fight Night 43 will come from the Vector Arena in Auckland, New Zealand and will be headlined by a middleweight bout as James Te-Huna meets Nate Marquardt.
Hooker (10-4) is out of Auckland and is currently on a five fight winning streak. His last two wins have come in Australian Fighting Championship and his most recent win came in August by TKO in the third round.
Entwistle (8-1) comes to the UFC from Cage Warriors and he has won his last four fights. Six of his eight victories have come by submission and all of his fights have ended in the first round.
