Soa Palelei won his eleventh straight fight last weekend at UFC Fight Night 40 against Ruan Potts and he will make a quick return as he will meet Jared Rosholt at UFC Fight Night 43 in New Zealand on June 28th.
The fight booking was announced by UFC officials on late Tuesday evening.
UFC Fight Night 43 will come from the Vector Arena in Auckland, New Zealand and will be headlined by a middleweight bout as James Te-Huna meets Nate Marquardt.
Palelei (21-3) is currently in his second stint in the UFC and all three of his recent wins in the UFC have come by knockout. His last two wins have come in the first round and his knockout against Potts was his 17th career win to come by knockout.
Rosholt (10-1) was signed by the UFC last year and has won both of his fights in the organization. He is currently on a six fight winning streak and his most recent win came last month at UFC Fight Night 39 as he defeated Daniel Omielanczuk by unanimous decision.
