Invicta FC signs distribution deal with UFC Fight Pass

Invicta Fighting Championship has a new broadcast home as the all-female mixed martial arts organization has signed a distribution deal with the UFC digital service, Fight Pass.Fight Pass

The deal was announced in a press release on late Thursday night.

Invicta has signed a multi-fight, multi event deal with the UFC digital network and along with the live fight cards, the entire Invicta FC library will also be available on the network.

“This is a great day for my company,” said Invicta FC President Shannon Knapp. “Since the start of Invicta, I’ve been committed to providing the biggest and best possible platform for women athletes and, with this distribution deal with UFC FIGHT PASS, Invicta will reach the most passionate MMA fans, wherever they are in the world.”

The Invicta FC library joins the libraries of PRIDE FC, Strikeforce, WEC, WFA, EliteXC, Affliction Entertainment and the UFC on UFCFightPass.com.

“This is a historic multi-year, multi-event deal,” UFC Fight Pass Chief Content Officer Marshall Zelaznik said. “When we launched UFC Fight Pass last Christmas, we said that we would never rest in bringing the best value to our subscribers. The addition of live and archived Invicta programming is going to be of enormous interest to our existing subscribers and bring in new subscribers, too.”

The first Invicta fight card to air on Fight Pass is targeted to take place this Summer and that event will be announced shortly by the promotion.
