A middleweight bout has been added to the UFC 175 card on July 5th in Las Vegas as Luke Zachrich will meet Guilherme Vasconcelos on the preliminary card.
The fight booking was recently made official by the UFC.
UFC 175 will come from the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas on July 5th and will be headlined by a title fight as Chris Weidman defends the UFC middleweight title against former UFC light heavyweight champion Lyoto Machida.
Zachrich (13-3) was signed by the UFC earlier this year and was defeated in his debut with the promotion at UFC on FOX 11 against Caio Magalhaes. The defeat snapped a three fight winning streak and seven of his career victories have come by submission.
Vasconcelos (3-1) will be making his official UFC debut in this fight as he as a participant on The Ultimate Fighter Brazil 3 and all three of his wins have come by stoppage. Prior to the reality show, his previous fight took place in June of last year as he defeated Elizeu Zaleski dos Santos by submission at Jungle Fights 54.
