The latest edition to the UFC Fight Night 50 fight card on September 5th in Connecticut is a featherweight bout as Sean Soriano will meet Andre Fili.
UFC officials confirmed the fight booking on Wednesday.
UFC Fight Night 50 will come from the Foxwoods Casino in Connecticut and the main event for the fight card has not been announced.
Soriano (8-1) made his UFC debut at the beginning of the year and was defeated by Tatsuya Kawajiri at UFC Fight Night 34. Before entering the UFC, six of his eights wins came by stoppage and four of those wins came in the first round.
Fili (13-2) is out of the Team Alpha Male camp in California and won his UFC debut last year against Jeremy Larsen. He returned at UFC 172 against Max Holloway and his nine fight winning streak was snapped with a submission defeat.
