UFC Fight Night 44 took place on Saturday night at the AT&T Center in San Antonio, Texas and the fight night bonuses went to Cub Swanson, Jeremy Stephens, Carlos Diego Ferreira, and Ray Borg. 
The bonuses were by UFC Senior Director of Communications Dave Sholler at the post fight press conference and each bonus is $50,000.
Swanson and Stephens won the fight of the night bonus for their five round battle in the main event. In what ended up being a striking matchup, Swanson was able to edge out Stephens in the fight and earned a unanimous decision victory.
This is the second straight fight that Swanson has won the fight of the night bonus and he has now won four fight night bonuses since entering the UFC in 2011. For Stephens, he has now won five fight night bonuses in his UFC career and this is his first post fight bonus since 2011.
Ferreira and Borg won the performance of the night bonuses for their stoppage victories on the preliminary card. Ferreira stopped Ultimate Fighter 16 winner Colton Smith in 38 seconds by submission and Borg also scored a submission win as he defeated Shane Howell in a flyweight bout.
