A lightweight bout has been added to UFC Fight Night 51 on September 13th in Brazil as Ultimate Fighter Brazil 2 winner Leonardo Santos will meet UFC newcomer Lukasz Sajewski.
UFC officials announced the fight booking on Thursday evening.
UFC Fight Night 51 is expected to come from the Nilson Nelson Gymnasium in Brasila, Brazil and will be headlined by a heavyweight bout as Andrei Arlovski meets Antonio Silva.
Santos (12-3-1) defeated William Macario by submission to win The Ultimate Fighter 2 last year and dropped to the lightweight division following the victory. His UFC lightweight debut came at UFC Fight Night 38 and he fought to a draw against fellow Ultimate Fighter winner Norman Parke.
Sajewski (13-0) was recently signed by the UFC and seven of his thirteen wins have come by siubmission. Three of his last four wins have come by submission in the first round and his most recent win came in May against Igor Egorov.
