The first fight booking for the UFC Fight Night 53 card on October 4th in Sweden has been announced as Nico Musoke will meet Amir Sadollah in a welterweight bout.
The fight booking was announced by UFC officials on late Thursday morning.
UFC Fight Night 53 will come from the Ericsson Globe in Stockholm, Sweden on Ocober 4th and the event will air on Fight Pass.
Musoke (12-3, 1NC) was signed by the UFC last year and opened his UFC career with victories over Alessio Sakara and Viscardi Andrade. Following those victories, his next fight would come at UFC Fight Night 44 last month and he would be defeated by Kelvin Gastelum in the co-main event of the fight card.
Sadollah (6-4) has been out of action since 2012 with an injury and all of his professional fights have come in the UFC. He is 3-2 in his last five fights and he is coming off a decision defeat against Dan Hardy at UFC on FUEL TV 5.
