Tony Ferguson and Danny Castillo were initially scheduled to take place at UFC 176 on August 2nd, but the fight has been moved to UFC 177 on August 30th in Sacramento after the UFC postponed the UFC 176 event.
The change was announced by the UFC on Tuesday evening.
UFC 177 will come from the Sleep Train Arena on August 30th and will be headlined by TJ Dillashaw defending the bantamweight title against Renan Barao.
Ferguson (15-3) has won back to back fights after dropping his first fight in the UFC against Michael Johnson in 2012. His last two wins have come by stoppage in the first round and his most recent win came in May against Katsunori Kikuno at UFC 173.
Castillo (17-6) entered the UFC in 2011 following the merger between the UFC and WEC. Since entering the UFC, he has a record of 7-3 and he is coming off a knockout win against Charlie Brenneman at UFC 172.
