The referee continuing to tell Potts to “show him something”
— Jason Floyd (@Jason_Floyd) August 31, 2014
Potts has been complaining to everyone and anyone since the stoppage.
— Dave Doyle (@davedoylemma) August 31, 2014
Maybe don’t sit there and take 17,000 uncontested punches to the ribs if you don’t want the ref to stop it.
— Dave Doyle (@davedoylemma) August 31, 2014
Potts is extremely upset at the stoppage, but come on, man. You’ve got to move.
— John Morgan (@MMAjunkieJohn) August 31, 2014
Wow … Jackson is o-u-t out.
— Dave Doyle (@davedoylemma) August 31, 2014
Damon Jackson’s attempted sitout gets him strangled into instant convulsing unconsciousness by Medeiros’ power bulldog guillotine thing. A+.

Ferreira’s combo of technical ground work and wild haymakers in the standup is something.
— Dave Doyle (@davedoylemma) August 31, 2014
Brutal knockout by Ferreira. The first of his career. That was a great fight. #UFC177

Barnett quotes: She’s already hit you, so what?
— Heidi Fang (@HeidiFang) August 31, 2014
Jeeeebus … thank you, Big John. Man. Could’ve been stopped a couple dozen earlier.
— Matt Erickson (@MMAjunkieMatt) August 31, 2014
Baszler has never had great defense and has been stopped more than her contemporaries. Correia isn’t a big hitter, but that TKO hardly shocks
— Jordan Breen (@jordanbreen) August 31, 2014
Rock solid fight. Castillo surged late with side choke try but this comes down to R2 scores. Ferguson landed shots, Castillo laid on top.
— Jordan Breen (@jordanbreen) August 31, 2014
Not a robbery, way too close of a fight. Castillo didn’t show much offence but got the takedowns, Ferguson did more damage #UFC177

Castillo dragging out the old, ‘if we were in jail, he would’ve been in trouble.’

Gotta wonder what is going through Barao’s mind right now
— Kevin Iole (@KevinI) August 31, 2014
TJ better start respecting Soto. Soto has no fear.
— Dave Doyle (@davedoylemma) August 31, 2014
Joe and Goldie doing everything they can not to say Bellator, lol
— Kevin Iole (@KevinI) August 31, 2014
Dillashaw with another fifth-round stoppage! Amazing.
