A flyweight bout has been added to the UFC Fight Night 54 card on October 4th in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada as Louis Gaudinot returns from suspension and will meet Patrick Holohan.
UFC officials announced the fight booking on Thursday.
UFC Fight Night 54 will come from the Halifax Metro Centre on October 4th and will be headlined by Rory MacDonald meeting Tarec Saffiedine in a scheduled five round welterweight bout.
Gaudinot (6-3, 1NC) was suspended following a submission victory at UFC Fight Night 37 in March due to testing positive for a banned substance. His win over Phil Harris was overturned to a n0-contest and he has gone 1-2, 1NC since entering the UFC in late 2011.
Holohan (10-0-1) made his UFC debut last month and defeated Josh Sampo at UFC Fight Night 46 in his home country of Ireland. He won the fight by submission in the first round and his last four victories have come by stoppage in the opening round.
