Renan Barao has ben pulled from the UFC 177 main event due to feeling poorly during his weight cut and TJ Dillashaw will now defend the bantamweight title against Joe Soto.
The fight change was announced on SportsCenter a little more than one hour before the scheduled weigh-ins and according to the UFC, the event will remain on pay-per-view.
Soto was already scheduled to be on tomorrow’s fight card as he was booked to face Anthony Birchak. He was the original Bellator featherweight champion and competed less than thirty days ago in Tachi Palace Fights.
