The next two Invicta FC fight card dates have been announced as Invicta FC 9 will take place on November 1st in Iowa and Invicta FC 10 will be on December 5th at an unknown location at this time.
Both fight cards were announced on UFC.com today and Invicta FC 9 will be headlined by Barb Honchak defending the flyweight title against Takayo Hashi and at Invicta FC 10, Cris “Cyborg” Justino drops to the bantamweight division to meet an opponent that will be announced shortly.
Honchak (9-2) won the inaugural Invicta FC flyweight title last year when she defeated Vanessa Porto by unanimous decision and successfully defended the title at the end of last year against Leslie Smith. Six of her nine wins have come by decision and her last stoppage win came at Invicta FC 2 against Bethany Marshall in 2012.
Hashi (15-4-1) has gone unbeaten in her last three fights (2-0-1) and one of those victories came against Ultimate Fighter alum Roxanne Modafferi. She is coming off a TKO win in May at Deep Jewels 4 and it was her first career win to come by TKO/KO.
Invicta FC 9 and 10 will both air live on UFC Fight Pass and more details on these fight cards will be announced shortly.
