John Schulz out of Bellator 124 due to health issues, Ryan Couture now meets Tom Bagnasco

The Bellator 124 weigh-ins will take place later this afternoon in Michigan and the fight card has seen one change as John Schulz has been pulled from his fight against Ryan Couture due to health issues and taking his place in the bout will be Tom Bagnasco.Bellator 124 Poster

Bellator officials announced the change in a press release.

Bellator 124 will come from the Compuware Arena in Plymouth, Michigan tomorrow night and will be headlined by Emanuel Newton defending the light heavyweight title against Joey Beltran.

Bagnasco (3-2) is from Michigan and all three of his wins have come by submission. This will be his Bellator debut and his most recent bout came in June as he lost to Team Alpha Male product Vince Murdock at Triple X Cagefighting Legends 4.

Couture (8-3) is also making his Bellator and he has won back to back fights. Both of his recent victories have come by submission and this will be his third fight since exciting the UFC.
