A bantamweight bout is the latest edition to the UFC Fight Night 55 fight card in Australia on November 8th as Jumabieke Tuerxun will meet Patrick Williams in a preliminary bout.
UFC officials announced the fight booking on Tuesday.
UFC Fight Night 55 will come from the Allphones Arena in Sydney, Australia on November 8th and will be headlined by a scheduled five round middleweight bout as former Strikeforce champion Luke Rockhold meets Michael Bisping.
Tuerxun (14-2) opened his career with 14 straight wins before making his UFC debut in March at The Ultimate Fighter China Finale. He would be defeated in his debut by Mark Eddiva and returned in July at The Ultimate Fighter 19 Finale and was submitted by Leandro Issa.
Williams (7-4) also lost his UFC debut earlier this year as he was defeated by Chris Beal at UFC 172 by knockout. The defeat snapped a two fight winning streak and it was his second career defeat to come by knockout.
