Bellator 127 took place on Friday night at the Pechanga Resort and Casino in Temecula, California and the main card on Spike TV was headlined by Daniel Straus defeating Justin Wilcox by knockout in 50-seconds. 
Also on the main card, Fernando Gonzalez improved to 2-0 in Bellator as he defeated Karo Parisyan by TKO in the first round.

- After winning back to back fights in Bellator, Wilcox has dropped two of his last three of both defeats have come by TKO/KO in the first round.
- Gonzalez scored his ninth career TKO/KO victory with the win over Parisyan and he has now won five of his last seven fights.
- Parisyan is now 2-2 in Bellator and both of the defeats have come by TKO/KO in the first round.
- Rafael Silva has won three of his four fights in Bellator and his previous win in Bellator came 364 days ago against Anthony Leone.
- Rob Emerson had his five fight winning streak snapped and it was his first defeat since 1/30/11 (1,342 days ago).
- Kendall Grove submitted Christian M’Pumbu in the second round and it was his first submission victory since defeating Joe Cronin in September of 2012.
- M’Pumbu was making his middleweight debut against Grove and he has now dropped four fights in a row.
- Saad Awad won his fifth Bellator lightweight bout on Friday night as he defeated previously unbeaten Sergio Rios and he now has the 3rd most wins in Bellator lightweight division history.
- Sokoudjou won his second straight fight in Bellator and both of his victories in the promotion have come by stoppage.
- Ricky Rainey stopped Johnny Cisneros in the first round and both of his wins in Bellator have come by TKO in the first round.
