Bellator 127 TV viewership down 7 percent from last week with 609k viewers in preliminary ratings

Bellator 127 took place on Friday night at the Pechanga Resort and Casino in Temecula, California and the card was headlined by former featherweight champion Daniel Straus stopping Justin Wilcox in 50-seconds.B127 WI

According to Nielsen sources, Bellator 127’s preliminary live viewership landed at 609,000 total viewers and this is down 7 percent from Bellator 126’s preliminary viewership number of 656,000.

The peak of the broadcast came at 10:41 p.m. ET with 780,000 viewers and in the demo of Men 18-34, the show drew a .36 and this is up 29 percent from last week.

With the viewership from Friday night, the average for season eleven is now at 689,000 and this is up from the season ten main card average of 683,000. This was the fifth show of season eleven and after five shows in season ten, the average viewership in the preliminary ratings was 690,000.

On Friday night, the Bellator 127 broadcast went up against MLB Playoffs on TBS (3.414 million) and Fox Sports 1 (3.505 million). Other top shows that were on at the same time as Bellator included Smackdown on SyFy (2.749 million) and College Football on ESPN (1.635 million).
