The fifth episode of The Ultimate Fighter 20 debuted last night on Fox Sports 1 and saw number six seed Felice Herrig advance to the quarterfinals with a decision victory over number eleven seed Heather Jo Clark.
According to Nielson sources, the preliminary viewership for the show came in at 509,000 viewers and this is down nearly 12 percent from the 577,000 viewers in the preliminary ratings from the previous episode.
Last night’s episode went up against Game 2 of the World Series on Fox, which came in with 12.92 million viewers. On the cable side in the 10 p.m. ET time slot, America Horror Story won on cable with 4.439 million viewers and other top shows included The Big Bang Theory on TBS, American Dad on Adult Swim, and South Park on Comedy Central.
