The main event of Bellator 129 on Friday night in Council Bluffs, Iowa was a welterweight bout as Paul Bradley scored a decision victory against Josh Neer. 
Bradley was able to take the fight to the ground in every round and Neer would be unable to get off his back once Bradley took the fight to the ground.
