A middleweight bout has been added to UFC 183 on January 31st in Las Vegas as Thiago Santos will meet Andy Enz on the preliminary card.
UFC officials announced the fight booking on Thursday evening.
UFC 183 will come from Las Vegas on January 31st and will be headlined by former middleweight champion Anderson Silva facing former Strikeforce champion Nick Diaz.
Santos (9-3) has lost two of his three fights since entering the UFC following The Ultimate Fighter Brazil 2 and his only victory in the UFC came against Ronny Markes. Prior to entering the UFC, he earned five victories by stoppage with four of those wins coming by TKO/KO.
Enz (7-2) initially entered the UFC during The Ultimate Fighter 17 and was eliminated from the competition in the opening round to get into the house. He would end up making his official UFC debut in February and he as dropped both of his fights in the promotion.
