Wes Combs has pulled out of his Titan FC 31 bout against Scott Barrett and replacing Combs in the bout will be Kenny Garner. 
Titan FC CEO Jeff Aronson announced the change today on Twitter.
Titan FC 31 will come from the USF Sun Dome in Tampa, Florida on October 31st an will be headlined by a vacant lightweight title bout as Ultimate Fighter alum Mike Ricci will meet Yoshiyuki Yoshida.
Garner (13-7) is out of Port St. Lucie, Florida and eleven of his thirteen wins have come by TKO/KO or submission. He will enter this fight following a victory as he submitted Matt Kovas at Hour of Fame in September.
Barrett (15-4) has won five of his last seven fights and trains out of the Blackzilian camp. His last fight took place in January at World Series of Fighting 8 and lost a decision to Derrick Mehman.
