Dan Henderson is returning to the middleweight division in the co-main event of UFC on FOX 14 on January 24th as he will meet Gegard Mousasi.
UFC officials announced the fight booking on Wednesday.
UFC on FOX 14 will come from the Tele 2 Arena in Stockholm, Sweden and will be headlined by Alexander Gustafsson meets Anthony Johnson in a battle of top UFC light heavyweights.
Henderson (30-12) has lost four of his last five and this will be his first fight in the middleweight division since losing to Jake Shields in Strikeforce. His most recent bout came in May as he was submitted in the third round at UFC 173 against Daniel Cormier.
Mousasi (35-5-2) has dropped two of three fights since returning to middleweight and he is coming off a submission defeat to Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza at UFC Fight Night 50. His only win in his last three fights came back in May as he submitted Mark Munoz at UFC Fight Night 41.
