Nearly five years ago, Nik Lentz and Thiago Tavares fought to a majority draw and they have been scheduled to have their rematch at UFC Fight Night 60 on February 14th in Colorado.
The fight booking was announced by the UFC on Tuesday.
UFC Fight Night 60 will come from the 1stBank Center in Broomfield, Colorado and will be headlined by a welterweight bout as Matt Brown meets former Strikeforce champion Tarec Saffiedine.
Lentz (25-6-2, 1NC) has won four of five since dropping down to the UFC featherweight division. Following a defeat to former title challenger Chad Mendes, he defeated Manny Gamburyan by decision in May and three of his four wins at featherweight have come by decision.
Tavares (19-5-1) has won back to back fights and won his featherweight debut against Robbie Peralta in August at UFC Fight Night 47. Both of his recent wins have come by rear-naked choke submission in the first round and is 4-1 in his last five fights.
