The UFC Fight Night 56 Weigh-Ins took place today in Brazil and tomorrow night’s main event is now official after both fighters made weight on Friday afternoon. 
Today’s weigh-ins will come from the Ginasio Municipal Tancredo Neves in Uberlandia, Minas Gerais, Brazil and the same venue will host tomorrow night’s fight card.
The event will be headlined by a light heavyweight bout as former UFC champion Mauricio “Shogun” Rua (206 lbs) meets former University of Tennessee football player Ovince St. Preux (205 lbs).
The only fighter to miss weight on first attempt was flyweight John Lineker. He came in .6 pound over the flyweight limit of 126 pounds and as given an additional hour to make weight. On his second attempt, he was able to make 126 pounds and his fight against Ian McCall is now official as a flyweight bout.
